At KB Mall, we deliver your orders using Aramex/CouriersPlease or Australia Post, depending on your shipping address and location.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AU$100.
  • Orders Under AU$100:

    Standard Shipping: AU$11.15

    Express Shipping: AU$19.25

 

In-Store Pick-Up Save on shipping and pick up your order in person.

  • Location: 407 Swanston St, Melbourne VIC
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Cost: Free

 

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday only).

 

  • Estimated delivery times:

         Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

         Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

 

Out-of-Stock & Backorder Items Some items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, shipping may be delayed by up to 2–3 weeks. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order.
