HOW TO USE  

AM: After cleansing, apply Calamine Skin Relief Cream to moisturise. Follow with Daily UV Protect Sunscreen. Apply generously (≈ two-finger rule for face/neck). Reapply SPF every 2–3 hours when outdoors. PM: Use the cream as the final step to calm and replenish.
